Pay:

  • Make up to $75,000 – $100,000 Annually
  • Benefits Eligibility after 90 days: Health Benefits, Dental and Vision insurance
  • Supplemental Pay: Sign on Bonus, Attendance Bonuses, Referral bonuses and uncapped commission
  • Remote & In House Positions available

Objective:

You will be responsible for qualifying warm leads. In this role, you’ll contribute to the early stages of the sales process including qualifying potential Medicare prospects via phone, some of which have filled out a quiz.   Your main goal will be to help individuals find benefits like dental, vision, massage therapy and others that they may not be currently taking advantage of.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to follow a script, support proper disposition of calls and maintain a smile while doing it
  • Ability to personalize and empathize with the prospect throughout the conversation
  • Ability to overcome objections and provides alternative options through script rebuttals
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with prospects and peers
  • Ability to adhere to pre-set work schedules and attendance policies
  • Comfortable with recurring tasks and ongoing call flow
  • Meet or exceed key performance standards and quality objectives

Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent, preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
  • Preferred but not necessary to have an insurance background and/or knowledgable of Medicare & Life Insurance
  • Proficiency with the necessary technology & computer skills

Salary: 35-40K + End of the Year Bonus Eligibility

Summary:

Looking for an entry level individual that is eager to learn and is moldable with great interest in the digital world and marketing solutions.  You will be responsible for drafting reports, developing and executing strategies to increase results ensuring brand alignment across all marketing channels.  You’ll play an integral role in ongoing communications with prospects to ensure reputation management of the brand.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate on content development to ensure brand alignment across all channels
  • Develop marketing collateral to enhance customer experience, build culture, and support brand field activations
  • Design, create and manage engaging content across social platforms, blogs, website and facilitate partnerships with like-minded brands
  • Build programs to keep our dedicated consumers engaged and treat them as an extension of our team
  • Help develop and maintain a fun, inspiring brand messaging across key channels
  • Build strong and genuine relationships with all social influencers through regular communication
  • Identify, recruit and manage influencer/brand programs
  • Build and monitor automated internal systems and infrastructure
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth/outreach strategies
  • Facilitate aspects of PR/Communications of the brand to relevant media outlets
  • Manage consumer interactions across all social channels, email, and phone to assist with reputation management
